How do Community of Excellence User Forums Integrate?
(So we do not inadvertently end up with an analytical approach to Systems Problems)
We need a “Systems Approach” to the Forum and the World’s “Systems Problems.” We need both “vertical specialization” and “horizontal integration”.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
| Access: |
- All Thought Leaders—Moderators of each forum have access to all other Community of Practice (COP) Forums for FREE and can add comments to the other forums.
|
| Inputs: |
- All Thought Leaders—Moderators can contact other COP Thought Leaders—Moderators with key integrative inputs, ideas, etc.
|
| Holistic Organizational Council: |
- There will be a “Holistic” Council of Thought Leaders—Moderators of the Organizational Forums that meet on a bridge call quarterly—more often when necessary or requested.
|
| Integrating Council Forum: |
- There will be a “Holistic” Council of Thought Leaders—Moderators of the Global Issues Forums that meet on a bridge call quarterly—more often when necessary or requested.
|
| Three Free Overall Forums Involvement: |
- All COP Thought Leaders-Moderators are automatically made part of the three FREE Overall General Forums:
- Systems Thinking Research - Models - Forum
- Systems Thinking Teaching - Knowledge Transfer - Forum
- Systems Thinking World — Open Forum - any topic — LinkedIn
|
| Call an e-Meeting: |
- Any COP Thought Leaders—Moderators can call a meeting with the other Thought Leaders—Moderators affected by the Systems Issue they see—whether the session is a bridge call , GoTo Meeting , Webinar, etc
